Return Policy
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Absolutely no refunds. Only store credits will be issued for New Items with Tags once your return is processed.
New Items
if you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return it by mail within 7 days from the Postmark date received; Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
All merchandise must be unused, unworn, and unwashed within the 7 day delivery date for Store Credit. Items must have all tags attached and be in original condition. Also, be aware if you return a garment that has cigarette smoke, odors, perfume, deodorant, makeup snags or etc we will not accept the return, and the item will be returned at the customer’s expense.
You should expect to receive your store credit within 10 days for us to receive and process the return. In most instances, your return will be processed much sooner.
